As an AI Principal, you play a key role in turning this strategy into growth and customer impact. You help shape Siili’s AI offering, strengthen our position in the market, and build trusted relationships with our customers.

This is a senior role for someone who combines business acumen, strategic thinking, and technical credibility. You understand where AI can create meaningful value, can challenge and inspire customers, and know how to turn emerging opportunities into concrete business and successful engagements.

What will you do as an AI Principal at Siili?

You will work closely with customers, account teams, and our AI experts to identify and shape new opportunities. You help customers define their AI ambition and translate business needs into actionable roadmaps and solution concepts.

Together with our account teams, you turn customer needs into compelling solutions and new business opportunities. You also bring insights from customers and projects into the continuous development of Siili’s AI offering.

In customer engagements, you act as a trusted advisor, providing direction and ensuring that our solutions are both technically credible and grounded in real business value. You stay close to delivery and collaborate with our experts, while focusing on the bigger picture rather than being the primary hands-on engineer.

You will also play an active role in our AI community, sharing your expertise and helping develop our capabilities. As a thought leader, you will contribute to Siili’s external visibility by sharing insights and perspectives through content, events, and public speaking.

We believe that we can best help you build your story when you have:

• Strong experience designing and delivering end-to-end AI solutions into production from data and model development to deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

• Solid understanding of modern AI architectures, including cloud-native platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP), MLOps practices, and scalable data engineering foundations.

• Demonstrated expertise in delivering LLM-based and agentic systems

• The ability to connect technical AI capabilities with business needs and communicate architectural choices and trade-offs clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience in consultative or technical sales, presales, opportunity shaping, and proposal development.

• Experience shaping customer needs into compelling solution concepts and contributing to the development of AI offerings.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and fluency in Finnish and English.
