What You’ll Do

• Advisory Engagements: Work on and manage projects focused on strategy development, operations renewal, and AI-powered customer experiences, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project deliveries.
• Opportunity Shaping: Collaborate with clients to identify and define AI-driven opportunities, crafting compelling business cases and strategic roadmaps that outline clear paths to value realisation.
• Manage Transformation Programs: Oversee complex programs and initiatives, providing structured guidance from strategic planning through to execution, ensuring effective change management and transformation success.
• Conduct Business Analysis: Perform in-depth analyses, including market assessments, financial modeling, and benchmarking, to inform strategic decisions and optimise operations.
• Develop Strategic Materials: Create insightful presentations and reports that facilitate client decision-making, reflecting Siili’s commitment to excellence.
• Contribute to Practice Growth: Play an active role in developing Siili Advisory’s offerings, participating in go-to-market activities, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Consulting Experience: 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, demonstrating a track record of delivering high-impact projects and working within high-performance teams.
• Operational Expertise: Strong background in operations and process development, with the ability to design and implement optimized processes in the context of AI and digital transformation.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in quantitative analysis, business modeling, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strategic Acumen: Experience in opportunity identification and shaping, with the capability to develop and articulate compelling business cases for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Program Management: Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale programs or transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Digital and AI Interest: A genuine enthusiasm for digital innovation and artificial intelligence, with an understanding of their implications for business transformation.
• Technical Aptitude: Exposure to programming or a strong interest in technology is considered a plus, reflecting the technical foundation of our advisory services.
• Consultative Approach: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a consultative approach to client engagements, emphasising collaboration and value creation.
