We are looking for an experienced digital strategy and transformation consultant who thrives on solving complex business challenges and driving impactful change.

In this role, you will take a leading role in our most critical client engagements, advise C-level stakeholders, and help grow our Advisory business related to digital and AI transformation.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who has a perspective in strategic insight, digital business, and operations, and has the ability to deliver results in complex environments.

What You’ll Do

• Lead selected advisory engagements and accounts: Steer high-impact advisory projects across digital strategy, transformation, and AI-driven business innovation – from design to execution.

• Shape strategic opportunities: Co-create AI transformation roadmaps with clients and define opportunities that deliver measurable value.

• Advise senior stakeholders: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, supporting strategic decision-making and change related to digital business and AI.

• Manage digital transformation programs: Oversee programs and initiatives, providing structured guidance from strategic planning to execution, ensuring effective change management and transformation success.

• Provide thought leadership: Produce high-quality materials, insights, and frameworks that influence both clients and the broader market.

• Develop advisory practice: Take ownership of developing Siili’s selected Advisory capabilities and offerings.
• Create new business: Actively identify and pursue new client opportunities, contribute to sales, and expand our client base.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for the following expertise and qualities.

Professional Experience

• 10+ years of consulting experience in strategy, business transformation, and digital – ideally from a top-tier consultancy or equivalent internal transformation role.
• Proven experience advising C-level clients, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and managing senior stakeholder relationships.

Advisory Skills

• Demonstrated track record in managing end-to-end digital strategy or transformation programs, with strong results and client impact.
• Deep expertise on digital-driven business models and operations, and a keen eye for good digital customer experience
• Excellent analytical capabilities – including business case creation, financial modeling, market analysis, and benchmarking.
• Strong process and operational development skills with experience in operating model design and implementation in digital context.
• Expert-level communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences alike.

• A proactive, consultative mindset – able to work independently, lead others, and contribute as a team player.
• Deep curiosity and understanding of AI, data, and digital transformation trends, with the ability to translate them into actionable business opportunities..
• Excellent attention to detail, structured thinking, and ownership mentality in delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Experience with or interest in digital business technology, AI, programming or CX is considered a plus.
