Position Overview

We are excited to invite a skilled and business-oriented eCom Consultant to join our growing team. This senior -level role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in complex eCommerce solutions and a consultative mindset. While long-term coding experience is not mandatory, strong technical knowledge and the ability to guide decision-making processes are essential. Your Role

As an eCom Consultant, you will play an essential role in crafting and enhancing eCommerce strategies and solutions for a diverse set of clients. Whether your strengths are in technical architecture or solution sales, we will tailor the role to showcase your expertise. You will be working in a small team of experienced eCommerce professionals and collaborate closely with our DXP & eCom community, to drive innovative solutions and contribute to impactful, enterprise-level projects. With our eCommerce business still growing, you’ll have the unique chance to influence platform and technology choices that will pave the way for our future success.

Responsibilities

💎 Business Growth: You will drive business growth by engaging in strategic sales activities and leveraging our existing portfolio of significant clients, initiating early-stage exploration, and transforming business requirements into practical and efficient technical solutions.

💎 Architectural Solutions: Develop and implement solution designs in collaboration with clients and internal team. Plan and coordinate integrations, define the roles and responsibilities of core systems, and design comprehensive information architectures.

💎 Technical Leadership: Lead architectural and technical initiatives by overseeing the planning and execution of modern, scalable solutions, ensuring best practices and innovative approaches are applied.

Key Qualifications

🔹 Significant senior-level experience in eCommerce with a strong project-focused background.

🔹 Comprehensive knowledge of software architectures, solution deliveries, and eCommerce platforms.

🔹 Solid understanding of overall solution architectures and integration strategies to typical back-end systems.

🔹 A business-oriented mindset with the ability to consult effectively and engage stakeholders.

🔹 Experience in managing and delivering complex, large-scale projects, ideally with international exposure.

🔹 Background in development, project management, or solution architecture.

🔹 Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and create strategic solutions.

🔹 Excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to navigate complex client needs.

Strong communication skills in English; Finnish language skills are a plus.

The selected candidate must reside in Finland, as we unfortunately do not offer relocation assistance for this role.
